400 gr of minced meat • 300 gr of mashed potatoes • 2 onions • 2 cloves of garlic • 2 tomatoes • 2 egg yolks • 80 gr of mimolette • 30 gr of butter


  • Preheat oven to 200°C
  • Chop the onions and garlic and fry in butter until soft.
  • Add the diced tomatoes, the minced meat, a pinch of salt, pepper and herbes de Provence.
  • When everything is cooked, turn off the heat, add an egg yolk and 30 gr of grated mimolette. Mix.
  • Prepare the mashed potatoes, add 30 gr of grated mimolette and the second egg yolk. Mix together.
  • Spread the minced meat preparation in a gratin dish, then the mashed potatoes and sprinkle with the remaining mimolette.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
